The listed prices are an expected estimate per character for regular orders. Illustrations with backgrounds and intricate details will have a surcharge applied based on complexity.Commissions are currently: CLOSED

Additional Costs

Backgrounds, Complex Armor/Details, Additional Characters and Original Designs:

An extra 50-100% of the commission price, based on the complexity of the work.

Commercial Use

Commission Terms for Personal Use

General:

-All drawings will include a subtle signature that may not be removed.
-I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
-Prices are quoted in USD and can be paid through PayPal.
-Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% upon sketch approval. Lineart and emote commissions must be paid 100% upfront.
-Commissions will take 1-4 weeks to complete once begun.

Revisions:

-All commissions come with 3 rounds of changes. Exceeding these will come at an additional charge.
-A fee will be added to change something on the final drawing, unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
-A fee will be added to change elements that were previously approved.
-If provided references are unclear I will ask for additional reference. If this cannot be provided and something must be changed later due to lack of clarity these changes will come at an additional charge.

Copyright/Usage Policy:

As the artist I retain the right to:
-Promote myself with the artwork
-Publish books with it (Artbooks, etc.)
-Display it (Website, social media, etc.)
-Use the work as part of my portfolioI will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork so long as the client adheres to the commission terms, nor will I claim ownership of the intellectual property (IP) depicted.The buyer is allowed to:
-Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon
-Share the image wherever they choose. (social media, forums, etc.)
-Print the artwork and retain ownership of any original characters depicted, but not the artwork itself.
-Use the artwork to promote themselves
-Use the artwork in monetized videos, so long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:
-Reproducing and selling the copyrighted artwork commercially
-Claiming the artwork as your own
-Removing my signature from the artwork
-Altering the artwork without my consentIn many cases, rights for commercial use of a commission may be purchased. This right is NOT included in the base commission price.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

-The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission.
-If for any reason I am unable to start or complete your commission you will receive a full refund.
-If you cancel your order before I have started it, you can get a full refund.
-If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
-If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
